Honestly, I don't think this piece needs an artistic name.
Anyway, My kitty Pandora is adorable, and yet every time the neighbor's (and subsequently my boss's cat) Kyo comes to visit, she runs at the window and relentlessly attacks it as he just stares at her all bored. At work we decided that they have relationship issues.
And then this piece was born.

Overall Vision Originality Technique Impactwell this is certainly.....um.....intriguing,and wonderful as far as cats go,anyway i love how there dressed its just soooo unique it makes it actually pop out from the drawing,slightly reminds me of the two anthropomorphic lead cats in "cat don't dance" and if i could tell you who it was by i would but sadly i don't......anwayyyy i thought it was just amazing in what you used in making this,and the color it is absolutely wonderful there is not any errors in what colors you used in it, it is just wonderful that you would and are expressing yourself in these drawings which i am happy to view.good luck with everything, my friend
